The Owa Obokun and Paramount Ruler of Ijesaland, Owa Clement Adesuyi Haastrup, the has extended commendation to the Adeleke Family of Edeland , acknowledging their prominence as a formidable entity whose substantial contributions to the development of Osun State are truly praiseworthy.
The Owa Obokun reinforced the commendation during Governor Ademola Adeleke’s thank you visit to the Paramount Ruler at the palace.
Owa Adesuyi Haastrup highlighted the unwavering support the governor receives from his family in his second-term bid, noting that the Adeleke dynasty remains resolute in their unity.
He applauded the governor for commissioning numerous projects in different parts of the state a few days prior to the election and, in a nod to Oliver Twist, brought up the governor’s campaign promises to Ijesaland.
The monarch expressed goodwill towards Governor Adeleke’s second term, encouraging him to demonstrate humility and support the regional agenda in 2027.
