The Christian community in Osun State has been thrown into mourning following the death of popular evangelist, Prophetess Pastor Mrs. Olajumoke Akinyele, wife of the founder of International Grace and Love Evangelical Ministry (GLEM), Apostle Alex Akinyele.
In a statement made available to TheCasterNewsNG.com through Joseph Oyelami, Apostle Akinyele disclosed that his wife passed away in her sleep on Saturday night.
According to the statement, the late Prophetess Olajumoke Akinyele was confirmed dead and her remains have been deposited in a morgue pending funeral arrangements.
The statement added that details of the burial arrangements will be announced at a later date.
The news of her passing has elicited condolences from church members, associates, and well-wishers who described her as a devoted servant of God and a committed partner in ministry.
