Gov. Adeleke (Danceing Governor)
The Ijesha POS Operators Association, under the leadership of its President, Comrade Kamorudeen Akinniyi, popularly known as Omo Alhaja Black, has congratulated Osun State Governor, Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, on his re-election.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by Comrade Akinniyi, obtained by Thecasternews, the association said the governor’s victory reflected the will of the people, who, according to him, had spoken through their votes accordingly.
The association also commended Governor Adeleke’s administration for what it described as efforts to improve the state’s economy and welfare of the people through physical projects.
The Ijesha POS Operators Association further congratulated the incoming Senator representing Ife-Ijesa Senatorial District, Honourable Ibukun Fadipe, popularly known as IBK, for his contribution to Governor Adeleke’s electoral success in the district.
Comrade Akinniyi reaffirmed the association’s commitment to supporting the political process and promised that its members would do more in preparation for the 2027 general elections.
He urged members of the association to remain united and support the candidacy of Honourable Ibukun Fadipe.
The association also appealed to Governor Adeleke to continue prioritising the welfare of workers, associations and other stakeholders across the state, particularly POS operators, who it said contribute significantly to economic activities and financial transactions in Osun State.
