Ijesha POS Operators

The Ijesha POS Operators Association, under the leadership of its President, Comr. Kamorudeen Akinniyi, popularly known as Omo Alhaja Black, alongside key members of the association, has unanimously declared its total support for the Accord Party, the re-election of Ademola Adeleke, and the emergence of Ibukun Fadipe as the next Senator representing Osun East Senatorial District.

The association also expressed appreciation to Ibukun Fadipe for fulfilling a promise made to its members, describing the gesture as a demonstration of his commitment to grassroots development and support for small-scale business operators.

Speaking on behalf of the association, in a release  obtained by thecasternews,  Omo Alhaja Black commended Fadipe for honoring his pledge, noting that the intervention would contribute significantly to the growth and sustainability of POS businesses across Ijeshaland. He described the fulfillment of the promise as a morale booster for members who depend on the business for their livelihoods.

According to the association, the support reflects a genuine concern for the welfare of entrepreneurs and financial service providers at the community level. Members expressed optimism that the gesture would further strengthen the relationship between the association and stakeholders committed to economic empowerment.

The association further called on public office holders, political leaders, and philanthropists to emulate the example by supporting initiatives that promote entrepreneurship, job creation, and financial inclusion in local communities.

Reaffirming its commitment to economic development, the association pledged to continue contributing to the growth of local commerce and ensuring the delivery of efficient financial services to residents across the Ijesha area.

The group maintained that its endorsement of Governor Adeleke’s re-election bid and support for Ibukun Fadipe’s senatorial ambition were based on their perceived commitment to the welfare and economic advancement of the people of Osun East and the state at large.
