A chieftain of the NDC in Osun State and candidate for the House of Representatives for Ijesa South Federal Constituency, Honourable Gideon Aloba, has unveiled his nine-point agenda and “Covenant with Ijesa South,” outlining his plans for the people of the constituency.
Aloba, popularly known as Aloba Solar, unveiled the agenda on Thursday, September 17, 2026, while speaking with journalists, Thecasternewsng.com during the presentation of his nine-point development agenda in Ilesha.
According to him, public service should be centred on the people, opportunities and measurable impact.
He said his vision is to put “People First, Create Opportunities, and Build a Better Ijesa South.”
Speaking on his commitment to the constituency, the NDC stalwart said his core objective is to work with the people and individuals who share common values.
Aloba said his administration, if elected, would focus on delivering real opportunities and lasting impact across Ijesa South Federal Constituency.
He described his agenda as a covenant with the people, stressing the need for leadership that prioritises the interests and welfare of the constituents.
Under the theme “Right Leadership | Great Policies | People First,” Aloba called on stakeholders to join hands in advancing the development of Ijesa South.
He particularly urged youths in the constituency to actively participate in efforts aimed at creating a better future for the people.
Aloba said his aspiration is to build an Ijesa South where opportunities reach more people and no community is left behind.
The House of Representatives candidate said his agenda is anchored on nine key areas that focus on issues affecting the lives, development and future of the people.
He stressed that the proposed agenda is designed to create opportunities and promote meaningful development across the constituency.
Aloba also called for collective efforts among residents, community leaders, youths and other stakeholders to achieve sustainable development in Ijesa South.
